• Armenian E-Learning Network (ArmeLNet)
    The Armenian E-Learning Network, ArmeLNet, was founded in 2010 as a joint initiative of eight Armenian educational organisations. It currently consists of 18 member-organisations (public and private training and educational institutions). The basis of the Network is a Memorandum for Understanding and Cooperation. The initiative stems from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) programme Institutional Building and Human Resource Development in E-Learning in the South Caucasus.

  • Carl Duisberg Society Nepal (CDS-N)
    Carl Duisberg Society Nepal (CDS-N) is one of the pioneer Alumni Associations in Nepal. It was established in 1971 with the support of the Carl Duisberg Society (CDG). CDS-N was registered as a non-governmental and non-profit organization of Nepalese nationals who have studied and/or received training in Germany. The main objective of the CDS-N is to provide a forum for returnees from Germany who went there for professional trainings and/or studies. However, the continued capacity building of its members and sharing knowledge and learning are also core objectives.

  • Climate Leadership Alumni Network (CLeAN)
    The Climate Leadership Alumni Network (CLeAN) is formed by alumni and organizing partner of GIZ’s Climate Leadership Programme (Now called Climate Leadership Plus). It was officially established at the 1st Alumni Gathering in March 2013. The vision of CLeAN is to build a sustainable low-carbon society with a mission to: 1) Facilitate education and awareness on Leadership and Climate-related issues and 2) Support, encourage and be part of innovative ‘green’ ideas and initiatives

  • Georgian E-Learning Network
    The Georgian E-Learning Network was founded in 2010 as a joint initiative of public and private training and education organisations from Georgia. The network was founded as a result of the trainings carried out by German international organizations - InWEnt (in 2008-2011) and GIZ (since 2011) in the framework of the programme “Institution Building and Human resource Development for e-Learning in the South Caucasus”. The objective of the Georgian E-Learning Network is to promote E-learning within the Georgian educational landscape and to support member organisations in the development and implementation of E-learning activities.

  • GIZ Alumni Georgian Center
    The Alumni Association GIZ Alumni Georgian Center was founded in 2008. Today the association gathers 780 Alumni from different programmes of InWEnt and GTZ (since 2011, merged to become the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – GIZ). The   association is mainly active in the area of economic development in Georgia and works towards the qualification of relevant target groups who are involved directly and indirectly in the economic activities of the country and in different fields and industries.

  • Middle East Network on Innovative Teaching and Learning (MENIT)
    The Middle East Network on Innovative Teaching and Learning MENIT has been established in 2011 to respond to regional educational needs and to support educational experts in their efforts to improve graduates’ capabilities in critical analysis and creative thinking. In addition, MENIT aims at encouraging experts to exchange information on innovative practices and the implementation of joint educational projects in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and the Palestinian Territories.

  • Mongolian-German Bridge (Mongolisch-Deutsche Brücke - MDB)
    The Mongolian-German Bridge (MDB) was founded at the initiative of Germany-Alumni in Ulaanbaatar. The MDB is an internationally recognized organisation and has currently 1500 Mongolian and German members. The MDB promotes the reintegration of returnees, provides support to Mongolian students in studying in Germany and supports further education and networking activities for Germany-Alumni.

  • Network of Technical Vocational Education and Training, TVET
    TVET is a lively Community of Practice in the fields of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and E-Learning in Arab countries. It is an interactive user driven communication platform for professionals and institutions working in the field of TVET to exchange information and to transfer knowledge among individuals and institutions at regional level.
